Scope

Same tag trigger as #16.
Android: build APK and AAB. Initially debug-signed; production signing/keystore handling is a follow-up once that story is settled.
Linux Flatpak: build a Flatpak bundle.
Attach all artifacts to the Forgejo release page.

Acceptance criteria

A tag produces installable Android and Flatpak artifacts on the release page.
Both artifacts can be installed and launched on a clean target.

Part of epic #2. Depends on #29, #30, #31.
