Scope

A reproducible build that produces an Android APK and AAB from the RN project in #29.
Build script callable locally and from CI.
Debug-signed for now; production signing/keystore handling is a follow-up.

Acceptance criteria

A clean checkout produces a working APK installable on a recent Android device.
The same script runs in CI (wired up by #17).
APK launches and reaches the first-run URL screen on the device.

Part of epic #6. Depends on #29.
